Amazing food!!A Must visit when in Seattle, great blend of spices, hummus, near eaten a falafel like theirs
My family and I were visiting Seattle and decided to try this place, the food was so authentic and delicious. We tried both the beef and chicken kabob plates and loved it so much that we came back a few days later. 10/10 food, 10/10 service, a must try!
Nothing scratches that late night drunchies itch like Greek food, and this place does it well! We got the gyro plate and Greek fries to split, and ended up having leftovers of both. The fries were so bomb, although I was surprised they used some other kind of sauce than just tzatziki. The plate was super filling and yummy as well. The lamb and beef was super juicy, but I wish it had a bit more flavor or char from the grill. My heart still belongs to Aladdin's on the Ave, but this is pretty good too!
If you are looking for late night food, definitely hit up Al Basha! Beaware if walking late at night around the area. The restaurant us quite busy. We called and tried to make a phone order, but no one answered. Ended up putting an order through Yelp. When we arrived, we could see they were busy and the phone just rang, lol. Ordered the mixed meat platter, lamb shank platter, and pistachio baklava. Had to wait about 45 minutes for our order. The restaurant was already full when we arrived and more people came in to order. The food is total worth the wait! The lamb shank was tender and loved the sauce it came with. The chicken had a great seasoning. The pistachio baklava was so tasty! Hit this place up if you want some good late night food!
Pretty decent food with ample seating! I came by the day I moved to Seattle, and I was blown away by the many options this place had! I decided to try the Chicken Shawarma sandwich and split the Greek fries with my cousin. Let me tell you, this was such a great way to start the move. The chicken was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. It had just a bit of a spice to give it a kick without being overpowering. Plus, the portion was just the right size - I was quite full from the sandwich alone, but not to the point of overeating. The fries were very garlicky, crispy, and delicious. I highly recommend mixing them up with the yogurt and using a fork - it got quite messy! And yet, it was so good that I'd absolutely come back just for them. I had a great meal and will definitely be back!
